Project Management/Estimating

  • Created construction schedules using Microsoft Project Gantt Charts.
  • Pre-Construction such as preparing pretenders with subtrades and construction budgets.
  • Managed projects such as preparing RFQ’s from change directives issued by architect or prime consultant, collect submittals, samples and shop drawings from trades and submitted to prime consultant for approval. Obtain RFI’s from subtrade and resolve issues as they arise throughout the project. Attend site meetings and discuss issues that arise on site with trades, consultants and owner’s representatives.
  • Post-Construction duties such as preparing closeout documents for owners, complete all documents required to collect final payments for subtrades, prepare deficiency list issued by prime consulant and liase with subtrades to complete the deficiency list and other post-construction duties.
  • Estimating and tendering duties such as preparing quantity takeoffs, comparing subtrade quotations and make a decision on which trade to use in our tender, prepared bid summary sheet and bid form and bidded on construction jobs. International Business
  • 10 years experience in International Trade consulting working with buyers and sellers to complete import/export process which includes relationship building between parties, customs, logistics, sales process and final closing and managing process from start to finish.
